Information You Provide
The search forms on this site send what you enter, such as a name, phone number, or address, to the third-party search provider that returns the results. We do not store copies of those searches on our own servers. If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them only to reply.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records ordinary server-log data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. We review this information in aggregate so the site keeps working and so we can see which pages are useful. Cookies or similar technologies may be used for basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
What We Do With This Data
We use the information described above to run the site, troubleshoot problems, measure traffic, and improve page content. We do not sell visitor lists, and we do not build individual user profiles.
Links to Other Websites
This site links to Pulaski County and Arkansas portals, records offices, library collections, and third-party search tools. Each outside site has its own privacy policy, and anything you submit there is controlled by that site's rules rather than ours. That includes sponsored search results, which are supplied by a third-party company.
Who May Receive This Information
Service providers that host and support this site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We will disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but we do not otherwise share visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Server logs are retained only as long as needed for the purposes listed above. Because this site has no accounts, it does not keep a password or user profile for you.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data a website holds about you. Arkansas's Personal Information Protection Act, Ark. Code Ann. § 4-110-105, also addresses notice duties after certain personal-information breaches. Because we hold very little, most requests are limited to checking our contact mailbox and server logs and removing what we find. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by Pulaski County, Little Rock, or Arkansas offices are outside our control; removal or correction requests for those records must go to the custodian office.
Updates to This Policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
