Why This Site Exists
Pulaski County keeps people-related records across several custodians. The Pulaski Circuit and County Clerk handles county records and real estate recording, including the PulaskiDeeds portal. Court case searching runs through Search ARCourts. The Pulaski County Assessor and ARCountyData connect parcels with owners, while Elections and Voter Registration maintains voter records under Ark. Code Ann. § 7-5-109. Certified vital records are handled through Arkansas Department of Health Vital Records in Little Rock and are subject to Ark. Code Ann. § 20-18-305.
